Biryani is the crown jewel of North Indian cooking, and Rasoi House serves what locals call the best biryani in the Boulder–Denver area. Our biryanis are made the traditional dum-pukht way: long-grain basmati rice layered with marinated meat or vegetables, saffron, fried onions, mint, cilantro, and a sealed pot finish that locks every aroma in.
All biryanis are served with raita (yogurt sauce) and salan (spiced gravy). Available for dine-in, takeout, and catering.
