Rasoi House by Spice Room is the rebranded Louisville location of Spice Room, founded in Denver in 2017 by Gokarna Simkhada. What began as one chef's passion for authentic North Indian cooking has grown into a flagship destination at 390 McCaslin Blvd, serving the Boulder–Denver metro with traditional recipes, modern presentation, and warm hospitality.
